By accessing and using the True Laser Track website (truelasertrack.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Correct pricing errors (we will notify you if your order is affected)

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from actual products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and method selected. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the continental United States. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final once an order has shipped.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once the product has shipped, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not permitted.

Damaged Items: If your Laser Alignment System arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Notice of damage may be provided by:

  • We will provide prepaid return shipping.
  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

6. Warranty

All True Laser Track adapters and mandrels come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or accidents is not covered. Contact us for warranty claims.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of True Laser Track LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

True Laser Track LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
