All sales are final once an order has shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once the product has shipped, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not permitted.

Damaged Items

If your Laser Alignment System arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

  • We will provide prepaid return shipping.
  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
